Privacy Policy

Luminara (“we”, “us”) collects only what we need to make and ship your order, and to support you afterward. We don’t sell your personal information. This page explains what we collect and why.
Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and the details of the design you create — the place, date, and any text you add. We also keep a record of your orders and support requests.
We do not collect or store your full payment card details (see “Payments” below).
How we use it
We use your information to process and fulfill your order, produce your custom piece, send order and shipping updates, respond to support and refund requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card information is sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and is handled under their PCI-compliant systems — we never see or store your full card number. Stripe’s use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Service providers we share with
To deliver your order we share the minimum necessary information with trusted providers: our print-and-ship partner (Merchize) receives your name, shipping address, and design so they can produce and deliver your order; Stripe processes payments; and our email provider (Resend) sends your receipts and tracking notices. These providers may only use your data to perform their service for us.
Analytics & cookies
We use only the cookies required for the site to function, such as remembering the contents of your cart. If we use analytics, it is privacy-friendly and aggregate — we do not build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.
Data retention
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to provide support, honor our policies, and comply with legal and accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we’re required to keep. Email hello@luminara.co and we’ll respond.
Children
Our products and site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
